We are obsessed with making your experience a world-class salon experience. Please note this is a full service salon. All of our services include a shampoo service including extension services. Deposits

 

All hair dates deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

 

A deposit must be made in order to confirm your appointment. 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

We greatly appreciate the value of your time and we appreciate the same courtesy. We have a strict cancellation policy. If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled hair date time, 50% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file. If you cancel same day of your scheduled hair date, 100% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file. 

 

Although we do understand that emergencies happen, ALL NO CALL/NO SHOWS can no longer make appointments and will be blocked from the booking system and will pay 100% of service total. 

 

COVID-19 Policy

 

Please do not come to your hair date if you are feeling sick or ill. We take the highest precautions to not only keep our staff, but other guests in the salon safe and healthy.

 

Extra Guests/Child Policy

 

To ensure that all guests receiving services have best experience while in the salon, children and extra guests are not allowed.

 

Payment Method

 

The remaining balance will be accepted via Cash, Cashapp Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress. Cash is preferred.
